low dimorphism because of malnutrition need help

i used to be very underweight all my life, now im 20 188.5 cm tall and in past ~3 months bulked from 57.5kg/127lbs to 70kg/154lbs
now im trying to boost my t by gym+diet+sleep+supplements
because of the malnutrition i highkey delayed my puberty which resulted in:
- late growth spurt at 16/17
- very low dimorphism: small jaw, teenage voice, not much hair on my body really and none on my face, boneless, i look like im 16
literally yesterday i got asked if i still attend high school because i look so young

the point of this post is this question: at 20, in my situation, would it still be possible to boost dimorphism and overall looks by pinning test
i kind of want to take action asap while i still can and i have no patience trying to boost it naturally while not being sure it will work
obviously im going to check my t levels beforehand etc. but its not hard to judge i have low t just by looking at me (and symptoms such as low energy, tired 24/7, anxiety, no motivation)

start pinning test and HGH. Work out at the same time to help get a more masculine physique.
 
bloodwork results came in and im at 600ng/dl test which is higher than i expected
still at 20 with pretty much fused growth plates im: boneless and recessed because of genetics (mom is severely recessed)
so the only thing left for me is surgery
moral of the story is, in puberty:
- eat, dont go on a calorie deficit
- hit the gym instead of being in front of your pc 24/7
 
It's hard to tell you what to do without knowing what you look like, but I can give you some general advice on how anyone can increase their dimorphism.

You should train your neck to be as wide as your jaw. You should focus on being lean. You should focus on your side delts to widen your frame. If your jaw is narrow, don't mew or bonesmash - jump straight to jaw filler. You might benefit from dyeing your hair and eyebrows a darker shade. You should consider getting a tan. You should wear more black clothing to be seen as older or more mature. Let me know if you want any more tips

yeah im researching surgery rn, i do have a small and narrow jaw
already dyed my eyebrows and lashes darker, do you think curling lashes is a good softmaxx?
