Making this post as a counter to @likenesss retarded collagen guide that just showed up in my feed.

Preface:

-Water intake and diet barely impact collagen production.
-DHT doesn’t lower collagen, it raises it. DHT lowers elastin. Despite common belief on this forum, nuking your DHT is retarded bc DHT serves important biological functions at every age. Stop post-finasteride-syndrome maxing.

Things that have been proven to significantly impact collagen synthesis in the dermis:

2g Vitamin C-Ester-c daily
0.025-0.1% tretinoin (the higher the better)
tazaratrene instead of tret if you’re a beast
1mm dermastamp weekly
200mg/kg bovine collagen
15m 670nm red light daily
aloe vera
3-16% ghk-cu serum
3% estriol
2% progesterone
5% melatonin

That's some real American psycho stuff right there. Why not just take tret, wear sunscreen, and eat healthy? Why would diet not effect collagen, I feel like it's the most important thing for it. Maybe those collagen supplements as well (might be snake oil) but idk

depends on your life situation. For young people you don’t need much to maintain maximum collagen, older people might need everything I listed to maintain maximum collagen. Diet barely impacts collagen bc colleges synthesis just requires calories and a few basic vitamins.

Diet has to be utter cope , i did all this and it did not work , only thing thats working is botox , chemcial exfoliants n red light , legit every thing else is cope i spammed peptides and tret for 2 years , it did not remove any wrinkles just made my skin skiny and gay

Retarded nigger. High sugar diet rapes collagen

i just formulated my own with raw ghk-cu from china but biolabsshop.eu and mitoskin have good formulas.

It doesn't nigger
DHT stimulates the release of matrix metalloproteinases which degrade elastin. However, the effect is minor and the benefits of dht still outweigh the negatives.

Mirin , ej im thinking about reconstituting ghk into a nasal , i have a nasal mt2 and it works great , ima just buy the ghkcu peptide and bac water and mix it

So does supplementing melatonin work?
Yes. Melatonin is the best anti-oxidant compound in the human body. This is because it breaks down into many antioxidant metabolites which all have important roles in improve health. In short, melatonin is a great healthmaxx, that’s why melatonin mega dosing is prescribed for cancer. Oral melatonin and topical melatonin are both beneficial for hair, skin, collagen, and pretty much everything. Personally, I do both but you could probably get away with just oral at higher doses. Melatonin dosing range is 2.5-100mg.

Yeah that sounds promising. I wish I could still inject but I can’t get away with that anymore living with my parents so nasal is my second best. Probably nasal mt-2 and DSIP are next for me.

Can I take tret and still use tanning beds?

Also use spf 50 pa++++ sunscreen daily and avoid UV tanning. I didn’t mention it in the post bc it doesn’t technically increase collagen production, it just protects your collagen. I think mostly people here already know this though.

tretinoin makes skin more sensitive to sun damage, so probably not unless you have a really good collagen response anyway. I wouldn’t use tanning beds anyway, they deplete collagen, give you sun spots, freckles, and moles. MT-2 or Self-tanner are preferable.

self tanners always look worse + are a pain in the ass to apply often. MT-2 is illegal where I live

Good luck bro , mt2 is insane . Just be aware of new moles, my back is slightly covered in tiny black moles , but the halo is too much to even care about the sides

daily administration? how many mcg per spray? what source did you do?

Choline maintains the proper level of B vitamins that helps in production of energy, collagen and elastin which are essential for firm and smooth skin. Choline also has antioxidant that preserves skin's elasticity and prevents free radical damage to your skin cells.

yeah but nobody normal has a choline deficiency and mega-dosing choline won’t do much.

DHT treatment promoted the formation of crosslinking, which connects the collagen peptide chains and the tensile strength”
DHT administration to cultures of vulvar skin fibroblasts from a normal woman resulted in significant increases in protein and collagen production”
“in control cells,DHT significantly increases production of collagen released in the culture medium

As DHT levels increase, elastin production is inhibited. Elastin is another skin structural protein found in the dermis. This coil-like protein has the ability to snap back into place after stretching, giving the skin its elastic quality.”

I already said the average young male shouldn’t be using everything i mentioned, either pick a few of if you have a skin issue you man do more.

what even is that retarded study :ROFLMAO: cba even reading some fucking lower than invitro tier research for 50 pages to prove nothing because there are no outside factors

considering i skim trough your other bullshit and find this:

Histopathological examination of skin biopsies from adult animals at 16 wk of age showed visible differences in collagen content and skin thickness between male and female mice

and your iq is low enough to not even know that dht has different effects on mice than humans, i am not gonna waste even another second reading ur retardedness above that u dont even probably have a single clue what it means

I clearly can’t debate this with you because you clearly won’t accept anything that goes against what you believe. DHT’s effect on the collagen production of human skin cell cultures is direct evidence of DHT’s effect on the collagen production of human cells. In vitro and in vivo don’t differ in endocrinological topics. I don’t have time to argue with a mongoloid, if you actually want to learn something I suggest you use google, pubmed, or anything apart from your peabrained intuition.
