So what did i do?
Skin : Basic 3 step skin care routine
1st Step : Neutrogena gel cleanser
2nd Step : Azelaic acid serum
3rd Step : Any type of barrier cream (I use Dr. Althea)
Eyebrows :
Minoxidil 5% for growth
Dark brown/jet black dye to make it look
darker and thicker
Eyebrow razor for shape
Eyelashes :
Any lash serum for length
Castor oil/rosemary oil for thickness
After you achieved the length and thickness you wanted, buy an eyelasher curler and curl them
Jaw/Masseter muscle :
Hard gum/Jaw trainer (Both are effective)
3-4x/week, do every set till mild discomfort (don’t go till failure)
Chin Tucks : Every Day 4 sets of 20-25 rep
Face massage, jaw stretching after every workout (to avoid TMJ issues)
Neck :
3-4x/week
Warm up : 2-3 sets of head circling in every direction
Neck extensions : 4 sets of 20-25 reps
Neck curls : 3-4 sets of 20-25 reps
Progressive overload : with dumbbell or plate
Stretching after every workout
And yeah, that’s ALL i did for 2 years.
