Low gh but high igf-1

My igf-1 is 411 nanograms per millilitre, the lowest is 120 and the highest is 501

But my somatropine gh is 0.66 while the lowest is 0.10 and highest is 7.80

Total test is 15.373 and the max is 21.954 nanomoles per litre

The test was taken in the morning, my estradiol is really low and prolactin is also low-normal considering that I also jacked the day before the analysis was taken like few times

How come my igf-1 so high but gh low
