Low hyoid as a kid

Anyone know if you can tell if you had low hyoid placement as a child? Like 10-13 range. Asking cause my jawline and side profile is chopped asf, keep looking back at pictures when I was younger and my jaw/hyoid looks perfect. I’m pretty high body fat rn ngl but I’m js hoping that’s the reason and not actually cause of my hyoid.
