Low hyoid bone???

When my mouth is open/talking my neck sags and I look super recessed but when my mouth is closed and I’m mewing I look good. Any surgery to fix this or is it just a low hyoid bone and I’m just fucked.

Yeah I know I’m flat faced and I’m Asian. I see a lot of Asians (who are flat faced) with better jaws though. It’s rare to see really good jaws in Asian people but I would definitely say mine looks worse then most when I have my mouth open
