ofc u can fix it. Proper tounge posture and chin tucks (dont know if those are cope) and then ofc if its really major, you can get hyoid suspension (prob would be hard to find someone to do it tho)
been doing chintucks for something like half a year. missed a few days here and there. minimum difference but still better compared to pictures from a year ago. but ig i just keep doing it and hopefully see more change
