so ur saying erda definitely isnt worth it and hgh isnt either cause of the sides, but hgh would likely give me maybe 2 inches if im lucky and run it for about 2 months. cause i have friends that took hgh and are fine. is there studies that support what u say about the sides of erda and hgh u can dm me? ik most people on here dont care about long term but i lowk do
