imagine being an accomplished and competent white man, and this braindead gibbon is who you have to answer to as your superior and refer to as "sir":



this video illustrates the dangers of replacing meritocracy with affirmative action and diversity quotas, what results is you have people with objectively low iq with power over people with average to high iq. although there may be checks and balances to make sure the idiot gets his opinions overridden by competent subordinates, it's still an incredibly waste of time.
