Why are there only low orbital rim implants and not a osteotomy?
You want bones, not implants, right?

because the only surgery to improve infra orbital rims via bone is a lefort 2 or 3, which is made for deformed people. Thats why if you want better infraorbital rims, its either implants or fillers, unfortunately.

Cutting lower rim is way riskier than inserting implants.
