1. Hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening 6-7% concentration. I BOUGHT IT HERE (its carbamid peroxide 20% which translates to hydrogen peroxide 6-7%)
Its not like the pneumos guide he did it with 40% thats extremely risky but yeah you will get better results (whiter teeth by up to 7 shades)
With this technique you will get about 4 shades whiter teeth but its safer.
Only thing I would change is next time I would buy like 10-15% concentration, I wouldnt go higher tho and I would buy reminiralization shit for my teeth with this concentration so my teeth get more protection and are way safer.
Lemonbottle DIY injection into cheeks. I know this isnt really low risk but if you do all precautions there is probably 0 chance you hit a nerve. EUROPEAN SOURCE
You need a 6mm needle in length if you are injecting into cheeks, the nerves are 10-15mm deep so ur not hitting it that way + you do the pinch method (you grab the skin and pinch it when injecting).
That was my first session I already see great results, after a week I will see what happened and if I will need a second session.
