Its not like the pneumos guide he did it with 40% thats extremely risky but yeah you will get better results (whiter teeth by up to 7 shades)

With this technique you will get about 4 shades whiter teeth but its safer.

Only thing I would change is next time I would buy like 10-15% concentration, I wouldnt go higher tho and I would buy reminiralization shit for my teeth with this concentration so my teeth get more protection and are way safer.

Bought the exact one yes, but for daily use I would say 100mg Is enough so split into 4-5 tablets

Because of the swelling, aqualyx is better ofcourse, but I will do many lemonbottle sessions and I get no swelling after, wait a few weeks and then decide if I wanna do another one that way i dont lose too little or too much fat, also the swelling because of job and school and just dont wanna look like a pufferfish for few weeks
