Low sodium diet. What the fuck do you eat

I am trying out a low sodium diet soon, how am I suppose to make meat and stuff taste good without salt or without sauces without sodium? Steak chicken etc

Use spices or salt substitutes.

just dont eat processed foods, canned foods and dont put salt on ur food (Just a little). Use other spices and learn to cook properly, if your food tastes like shit you will miss salt.

you can search potassium salt. doesn't taste exactly the same, but no sodium and potassium lowers sodium.

Lean chicken breast, beef/turkey mince with low sodium canned tomatoes, potatoes, greek yoghurt, eggs… It’s boring asf and tastes bland but it makes you look good so you gotta choose what you want.
