Low T or Depressed?

I mean since i did bloodwork and apparently i have very high free & total Testosterone, the cause for my fatigue and negative motivation has to be depression ( due to being a boneless manlet and getting cucked by my oneitis on my birthday)

how high is it? i regret getting only a T test done, because i often have extremely low energy and fatigue. i suspect high estrogen which would make sense, but I cant be sure until i get full bloods.

But seriously bro try taking a few grams of l-tyrosine it raises dopamine a lot. I know it won't fix your root issues but at least the boost in dopamine can lift your mood and give you more energy
