this is extremely good advice, it's exactly my warmup for deadlifts
i just do cow/cat and cobra posethis is extremely good advice, it's exactly my warmup for deadlifts
I used to have back pain everyday until I started doing that, I atributed my recovery to deads though
I only feel pain in the lower back due to Sciatica, but there are exercises that calm that too, so it's good
Thanks. It really helped me after having pain from deadlifting. The first step was the big game changer for me personally. A lot if people overlook strengthening the muscles in a weak position, because even someone who can deadlift 400 lbs can have back pain when bending over to tie their shoes. It’s about functional strength and mobility rather than just gym strength.this is extremely good advice, it's exactly my warmup for deadlifts
