i just woke up ignore the right eye being uneven

honestly lash curlers easy way to fix your eyelid exposure and eye angularity, looks like you do already but shaping your inner part of your eyebrows to point in a little more should help the tilt of your eyes. I also suggest getting colored contacts to fraud if possible

no way to lower eye area without hardmax or squint
just sleep for eye bags and tear troughs, caffeine serum, volufiline(cope?) or topical rosiglitazone(?) for under eyes will help
next time send a picture without a big ass light in your face so we can see what youre trying to fix
lashes can be fixed with oral minox or latisse
asymmetry is unnoticeable so dwbi

tbf contacts are a bit much but if youre under 18 def aint the play, id say just shape your eyebrows then and try lash curling but your eye bags arent too bad, also youre looking down in this photo so its hard to go off what your eyes look like not looking forwards

i would just stay clear of based in general. whatever they sell there's always a better option. volufiline might be cope but ive heard some good things so dyor.
i would also follow these guides and if you want longer lashes and dont want to use oral minox, just use latisse and put aquaphor on eyes to avoid fat loss around orbitals. most of the questions you have can be answered in the search bar.
