Lower eyelid shape

Hey hope everyone's doing well just wondering to get the lower eyelid to look like the second picture if your starter is the first one can you do canthopexy does it have to be canthoplasty or is it genetic any feedback would be greatly appreciated (ignore the lash brow and upper and lower eyelid fat difference i already know thats possible)

Spacer graft, but any lower eyelid changing can look extremly botched. Also eye surcery is high risk overall since they are so expressive
