Lower lid retraction and pfl

I noticed my pfl increase and my eyes are closer together when I squint, is this achievable with lower eyelid retraction surgery? Users that have gotten that surgery have u noticed ur pfl increasing? Or maybe ur eyes got closer together?

Yes the surgery makes ur lower eyelids tighter and lifts it to hide scleral show, it gives the ilusion of a better pfl, most likely cuz it makes the eyes look less rounded and straighter
