Yes ofc its healthy, some mma fighters and cyclists are in 30s. When I was logging ang cutting wood for a year on 1000m altitute on a mountain my resting heart rate was around 50-52 in the morning when I wake up, I once clocked 48 and that is the lowest. I was very fit at the time since my labor demanded me to keep a very high heart rate for hours at a time cutting, splitting and loading wood. I was young and did not smoke or drink at the time so that helps too I guess. Also no smartphones and went to bed as soon as it got dark. God I miss those days.

Yeah you should read the book the oxygen advantage to increase your v02 max
People and animals in high altitudes live longer
Your old lifestyle sounds ideal though

What do you besides exercising, breath work?
Yeah breathe right breathe light 4 times a day for around 10 minutes
Basically breathing less = less oxidative damage
