Hello guys I wanted to give an update on my recent sucess.
So during the last month i have strongly lowered my social inhibition, I used to be scared to talk to anyone but now i can start a conversation with most people, its an amazing feeling being low inhib. Now i haven't talked to any women romantically but ive made 1 girl friend.
What did I do to achieve this?
Its one month since ive started using Testosterone E 300mg a week, i feel way more dominant, assertive and comfident.
Also ive been doing exposure therapy trying to talk to more people and saying yes to most hangouts etc.
Its never over we are all gonna make it one day!
