If you lower sugar intake to the max will you debloat a lot and lose fat? i've heard this before.
 
You only lose fat if you are in a calorie deficit. And the debloat part is true
 
Just increase the potassium and water intake rather than cutting the carbs(if you don’t gymcel then you can cut it to 100gr in a day or so will be ideal, which will be consisting of potato, honey, and fruits instead of processed cane sugar and/or corn syrup products.)
 
Lower salt and sugar intake and drink a ton of water everyday.. Also collagen powder makes it easier
