does anyone here lucid dream and if you have, is it like real life?

Kinda but not, you know it's a dream and you're in one but it's quite real

I've only ever lucid dreamed a few times, the only way I found it works is a reality check. For me the best reality check was looking at signs or writing in a dream, if you look at it and see what it says then look away and back it will be different if you're dreaming.

I just recently had a dream where I had a gf

still got a bottle of huperzine a from extrachromosome's cope stack. didn't work for me, i just wake up like i haven't slept at all. it messes with your REM sleep

In the last 3 months of the corona I had very vivid dreams but not lucid,
one of the best experiences I had in my life tbh
I saw the most beautiful places in it and had some interesting interaction
made me feel good sometimes for the rest of the day, but sometimes I woke up a bit sad that it ended
Its very hard to explain the general feeling

I didn't do anything for it, but it was a very interesting experience, I think that many people go through a phase like that
