Lumps / Fat Pockets under mouth?

Ive been trying to figure out what causes this and how to fix it

Anyone know what it is exactly?

theyre not jowls, some sort of fat pocket or something. Jowls are more at the corner of the mouth

looks like jowls to me, jowls placement can vary from person to person depending on their face.
ofc it won't look like the 80 year old surgical patients you see online.

nope, it's not this. perioral mounds have an inwards shape from a frontal angle, completely absent in the pictures you sent as the fat is under the lips.

i see, still it doesnt look like jowls to me at all. So HA fillers would be my best bet?

that's a good start to see what the end results could look like if you wanted them perma-removed.
just make sure to dissolve methodically not to end up worsening the situation.
