Lycopene and Beta Carotene?

i was thinking to get lycopene and beta carotene for getting that yellowish-red undertone, but came to know these shits blocks dht and affect thryoid too, is it true? will it fuck up my already fucked up hormones?

nig@ i am kinda fair as compared to my types so dw about it, i have pink lips , and my body is kinda pale where its untaned so i am safe
