these came in and since im not trying to have diarrhea, but trying to see results asap, i need some help on the dosing, i’m 15 187 73-75 kg

15 mg of beta carotene

edit: the lycopene capsules are 20mg each, should i take 1 and stay 20 mg (lower end) or 2 (40 mg) high higher end
