Only ate walnuts, water espresso and potassium supplements after my session this morning.

So me and a bunch of friends gonna eat at 5guys...
Another option would be the asian restaurant.
Can I just spamm potassium and water or is my lymphatic drainage cooked after?

Also what tf should I get at 5guys to not fuck up?
Could get sth to eat from the grocery store.... but really hungry rn.

I understand how important it is let norms think you're one of them, and that often takes the form of dragging yourself down and punishing yourself the way they do (eating slop, working wage job, discussing whatever new slop TV show, getting blackout drunk, jestering for women, "stepping up and being a real man", etc.), It's a sort of shared masochism of submitting to mediocrity that they bond over. But you must not ever actually do what they do. You have to take a bite of the burger and fries in front of them, and then go spit it out. You must profit from the herd's addictions, while letting them think you're one of them...
