Lyophilized cartilage for midface augmentation

Does anyone know if lyophilized cartilage resorb over time?

I'm debating between getting midface implants in this material or PEEK. My surgeon told me Lcartilage produces very natural results for the midface which made me consider getting them done in this material instead of peek but I'm not really sure what's best in the long run.

Advance your midface but not your nose theory.

Why not get Lf2 or high cut lefort 1 and install cartilage at the nasal bridge?

Who is the surgeon?
I'm not aware of resorbtion. Even if it resorbed over time I'd prefer it over PEEK though. PEEK and medpor are dogshit in your face.
Only titanium and lyo are legit.
