lyophilized need refridgeration?

Hi, do lyophilised forms of GLP antagonists (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide) need to be refridgerated? Or, they can just stay the way they are, in the vial as powdered form? Thanks

if you ask google and tiktok then yes but really it doesnt, the compound isnt as fragile as people would like you to believe
