Before i didnt lift for over a year at all.

And after 8kg in one month later 5k calories a day
 
arms shoulders and back are so ahead chest, shitty chest genetics i lift 32-34kg dumbells for chest still so small
it's because of your wide clavicles, difficult to fill out your chest. Wouldn't be surprised if u apply unnecessary tension to your front delt during presses
