just a quick update for you

I'm gonna be testing the Maasai jumps to see if ts actually works for increasing height. I'm 18 years old and currently 1.86m tall.

I'll be doing the jumps daily along with proper nutrition. I'll report back in a month with the results of this experiment.

Anyone here already tried them? If so, how did it go for you? Curious to hear if anyone actually got measurable results.

The answer's pretty clear, they don't work. But I'm all in for experimentation, measure yourself in the morning after waking up to get your absolute height, try to do it every day and then measure again after 3 months and then 6 months, at the same time in the morning and se if you notice any improvement.

Again, that's unlikely, Maasai jumps are a cope based on very shaky biological concepts which are true, but they're completely blown out of proportion for the sake suggesting you can improve your height through them, also they try to leverage off the fact that the population which practices them are very tall, but are they tall because they jump, or are they tall because they just so happen to be East African, who're on average taller than other Africans, even those outside of the Maasai tribes?

Your 6’1 mate any problems you have don’t have anything to do with your height

I know, bro, but I’m still curious about what I can achieve with this. Obviously, I know I’m not going to get real bone growth, but I can optimize my natural decompressed height, maybe gain 1 or 2 centimeters at most.
