What's the best approach for optimising muscular, and especially (since my growth plates are still open), bone growth.
I am 16 yo 181cm 71kg 15%BF id like to be like 12%BF via maingaining (maintenance calories) so it does not affects growth but maybe it still does.
I got some muscle but I am so light because of shitty legs.
