you can legit do 3-5 hard sets a week per muscle and keep the gains. if you are happy with ur physique now and dont want to gain you could probably do a 2 day upper lower tbh lol.

If you are a hard gymcel or roided with a body built on high volume frequent training I doubt that will work out to maintain all the muscle mass

You can actually build muscle off 6 sets to failure/bodypart/week.

I make my best strength, and physique progress BY FAR off low volume.

High volume (10-20 sets/bp) works better for other people. Just depends
