Maintaining furosemide debloat

Is the furosemide debloat easy to maintain? Is it as simple as taking 80mg then running low sodium high potassium etc after?

I NEED this shit ASAP man. How can i find a good source? Did you just take a shot at some random online drug store and it turned out legit?
