i am currently 15-16% bf, visible abs, but basically every morning i fucking wake up and it starts with eating fruits, or a meal then it ends with me downing like 8 balklavas,
Then i end up feeling so full and like shit so i just dont eat the rest of the day till dinner, and then i end up maintaining weight somehow.
Even despite me being in a calorie deficit yesterday, i for some reason only slept 7 hours and my body just wouldnt let me go back to sleep and i didnt feel tired. I woke up 8am today but somehow yesterday wokeup 1pm. 5 hour difference.
A 5 hour difference would have probably got me like 0.5.kg lower in weight in the morning atp lol.
How the fuck do i fix this
