im 26 now. i really wanted palate expansion, but on this medicine im on i cant have any bone healing so palate expansions out of the question for a while :/ gunna see what i can do.
I really need all of these:
palate expansion, genio, lip lift, fat grafting, facelift
then maybe some implant touchup.

but now idk what i can do. just face lift and fat grafting for a while. only soft tissue work unless i can get my doctor to let me take a break from the one thing

Orbital grafting or more volume to the implants? And you are not able to do a lip lift while on the medicine aswell?

i have a little asymmetry above the eyes cuz i got bonesmashed pretty hard on one side in a wrestling tournament. it made one side slightly more huntereyed than the other. maybe a smiidge on that one side to even them out

or more volume to the implants?

yeah i want to beef the zygos up a good bit honestly. and hopefully get rid of the itachi lines. and hopefully undo a bit of premature aging

And you are not able to do a lip lift while on the medicine aswell?

i could, it could heal. im just worried i'll get a drop down effect if i do the sarpe after the lip lift, and end up with a gummy smile. so i wanted lip lift as a final step

Also after checking your pictures again I would strongly advice you to grow facial hair and especially a mustache that covers the upper lip to fill in the empty space and improve harmony.

Looking at these photos below the most obvious next step would be frauding with facial hair and imo this looks fantastic

clean shaven ever so slightly helps the deaging. the facelift and fat grafting are probably gunna do wonders on ghat front though. then the lip lift should fix the ratio a good bit
