When it comes to the frame, do you think that looking at porn since the age of 9 has fucked me? I'm assuming that my androgen receptors have always been ruined because of that. Also, how would I go about measuring the bidelt? I feel like maybe I measured incorrectly. At least I hope I have.

It don’t think that would affect androgen receptor sensitivity or concentration, that’s more to do with Prenatal Testosterone and your testosterone during puberty. You measure bidelt by sitting down straight, placing your arms in front you and having some measure the distance from one delt to another.
