Majority of online games (League, DOTA, CSGO etc) are more about mechanical skill rather than brain power compared to stuff like Chess. Of course IQ is a factor, but a 90-95 IQ person with good mechanics (higher twitch reflexes and type 2 muscle fibers are associated with higher prenatal T, which is neurodegenerative and has a detrimental effect on final adult IQ) will always outshine a nerd with shit or average mechanics who is 120+ IQ. Your macro plays are based on what you're capable of mechanically and you will need to hit a minimum skill threshold of mechanics and motor skills before allowing your IQ to come into play.

That's such bs lol. It's mostly aim. Karrigan is on a top team because his calls are just that good. He has always been a below average tier 1 player. No idea why would you think jackz is among the best aimers in the world.
