We literally have a money making forum and off topic forum. Yet no section dedicated to what this site is all about. HARDMAXXING. Everyone knows anyone who is srs about looksmaxing needs surgery and i'm tired of having to dig through low iq shitposts by teenagers and thumbpulling or marginal softmax results just to find one serious post about surgery. We need another forum where craniofacial surgery is discussed and exotic osteotomies are uncovered along with soft tissue procedures , rhino, HT , implants etc...
