Use As I am Leave in conditioner if you plan on
It works well on my hair and doesn't weigh it down unlike other leave in conditioners such Camille Rose.

ok and what exactly is your hair routine i’m not sure how do exactly use conditioner like should i just put it on straight out the shower or what’s up, drop the routine

I wash my hair with [daily] nizarol shampoo every other day and on that day I apply the leave in
I scrunch it in my hair to get some texture and hold
I dont apply too much - maybe like a circle of 1.5cm - 2cm diameter
Non - shampoo days I just apply it if I feel like it.

bhai trust me, olaplex has an insane leave in conditioner it will literally save your hair. i had the same problem as you even worse since i had a perm and it literally saved my hair, completely. ill add a link with the one i used same curls as you i had.
