Implants can't do much

Is it really impossible to get that great L shape mandible like that

What is responsible for that mandible shape since cranial angle Has small correlation- short maxilla is probably not an answer sińce Dolph has long maxilla nnd L shape mandible.

Don't make it parallel to the floor if you mean like a 90 degree gonial angle. Usually looks shit especially in frontal view, I think 110 is good and you don't really need it to be more than that.

So only way is to fix both mandible and maxilla
Maxilla is actually more important so MLF3 but then MSE+FM should do the work

CCW Impaction high lefort 1 or LF3 or even MSE+FM combined with chewing and mewing will most def improve the gonial angle because there will be upswing. Any type of ccw rotation will improve gonial angle, plus there's always chin wing option and option to grow a beard. Fix Maxilla first

quadrangular lf1 is so legit tbh. however what if your problem isn't gonial angle but like just general recession of the maxilla.

also isn't FM pretty ineffective? you have to wear it for years for 14 hours a day to get a result.
