Makeup for acne scars

I am afraid to use makeup and end up hurting my skin, making it look worse. Has anyone makeup frauded for acne before?

Use a non-comogenic concealer, match ur skin tone as close as possible and ur good

thanks, that is close to what i was thinking too. im just worried that it will hurt my skin.

Try some good quality ones like from the ordinary or even maybeline should be fine. See hoe your skin reacts but in my experience it shouldn’t do much harm.

PS: Make sure to remove it by double cleansing (oil cleanser first then regular face wash) IF you use any “waterproof” makeup. For example, I use squalene cleanser from the ordinary then cetaphil non medicated cleanser

yeah, i will probably ask my mom tbh, she might be down to help me since she had a lot of acne too when she was a teenager. i just gotta wait 2-3 months for the isotretinoin to leave my body and see if i will get new acne.

Im on it right now but only got a month or so left. Just took my last 20mg out of the 60mg of the day

Nice imma get on it next month when I see my derm. I’m 18 so kinda scared of some of the side effects but sick of dealing with this and nun else worked so far
