Making decent gains at the gym

It's been 5 weeks now and I've made decent gains I think. I'm at like 17-18% bf. My upper abs are very slightly visible in good lighting conditions and my face seems to be leaner as well. I've also gained a lot of strength. I'm happy with my progress tbh.

mirin. I really only do aerobic exercise. the idea of being jacked isn't ideal to me
