Stick a pair of chopsticks into your nostrils (the non-tapered ends). Put something large in between the chopsticks (I'd recommend an eraser). Then wrap a double a rubber band over the tapered ends of the chopsticks so that they spread out. Do that every day, and leave them in your nose all day.
