Does anyone on here daydream alot like for a few hours every once in a while to escape reality?? Nothing much going on in my life and everything feels repetitive

I do in school I zone out 24/7 and it affects my grades and niggas make fun of me cause I’m just sitting there staring into empty space and I look retarded

Yes a a lot, it can get worse under stress too. The only solution to it is building discipline and daily habits to replace the constant thoughs

It's been getting recently better for me these days, especially because I'm off for the winter break, now I can stop doing it more often to avoid studying that stresses me out

Great. I'll also add that building a good habit around reading can help with the studies too

i do it in every class
i dont do it only when i use my pc
