Honestly i was a twink faggot and got treated well by girls but i wanted male respect too so bulked and just became fat and got hella acne, i instead dropped to 120lbs now worked my way up roiding to 130lbs lean sub15% bf, im only almost 3 weeks in.

If you want to be respected by both men and women alike, you need to have a low-pitched voice, and physical traits like large hands/ wrists, prominent bones, a large wingspan relative to height, above-average height, and a generally broad built.
You can be rather unattractive and still receive universal respect.

In long-term environments, like at work, respect comes from being smarter/ more competent than most people, since intelligence is the primary, but more indirect, way of asserting genetic superiority
