Ok im just going to spitfire questions that theoretically in my head should cause front growth so just lmk if theyre delusions or nah.
1) Hooking your fingers around your lower teeth and then pulling whilst tensed.
2) Applying pressure to your lower jaw and mandible after working out by either pressing against with fist or weights so that natural hgh can impact bone growth.
3) Regular bonesmashing around the tip of chin and sides of mandible
4) Only chewing with premolars when eating food so that mandible responds with growth
