Mandible Growth/test advice

I am 15 and I really need help on growing my mandible, it is recessed and makes me look really ugly. I read on another thread that everything but test or hgh is cope so if that's true I would like some tips on acquiring those without getting caught. I have Greenlight which is an app that is like a debit card for kids under 15 that tells your parents everything you bought and I'm 15 now but my father refuses to get me an actual card for whatever reason so I really need tips.

How do I fix that?

and downgrown maxilla. but look at your mandible, it s long enough. u fix it by moving your tmjs forward along w ortho or jaw surgery
