My MARPE experience has done wonders for my maxilla advancement. However, my mandible hasn't followed suit. I would deem that I am very recessed, and my orthodontist tells me I'm going to need some sort of surgery. This surgery is not of medical necessity. I'm 20 years old, so no AAS and 19-Nors, or peptides, will save me now. Given that money and effectiveness are the biggest concerns, would implants/orthognathic surgery be the best option?
I am currently working on getting my CBCT scans from my ortho, as well as before-and-after pictures of my face during MARPE. This will help me get better advice and add legitimacy, as I have no posts besides this one.
