Below is a easy to follow guide on how you ascend as a short man in 2023, for this we will be assuming you're starting at 5ft/153cm tall.
First spend 200k on quad LL and ascend to 5'6
Now buy these height enhancing shoes, now you're 6'1
But 6'1 is not tall in 2023 and settling will severely limit your slaying potential, so buy these neat shoe inserts and put them inside your new shoes, now you should be about 6'5. You've reached a decent height, but you'll still get mogged sometimes.
Next thing you do is get some of your homies to help you operate this high tech heightmaxxing device. After consistent use and rehab you should gain about 5 cm/2inches, placing you at a respectable 6'7.
And lastly the most important step is to buy a Lead alloy sledgehammer, and smash yourself on the top of your head as hard as you can. Below is a visual demonstration.
