Working in construction for about 1 year, I worked out 6 times per week and had big meals before I started working, now I workout 3 times per week and dont eat much when im at work but im much leaner while keeping my strenght and size gains, moving all day is way better than sitting for long periods of time, it improves blood circulation and I suppose helps in muscle gain even if its not intense.
